                               RESOLUTION NO. 19366
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                   CONTRACT WITH CLYDE WILLHOIT TO PERFORM
                   SERVICES IN THE CITY COURT CLERK'S OFFICE AT
                   THE SAME RATE OF PAY AS THAT BUDGETED FOR
                   THE CITY COURT CLERK THROUGH APRIL 13, 1992.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to contract with Clyde Willhoit to perform services in the City
       Court Clerk's Office at the same rate of pay as that budgeted for 

       the City Court Clerk through April 13, 1992.
